These easy low carb and keto scones are made savory with the addition of delicious bacon. They go perfectly with your favorite soup or as a snack.
Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and kosher salt. Add cold butter and use your hands, forks, or a pastry cutter to incorporate butter into almond flour.
In a separate small bowl, beat eggs vinegar, and bacon grease.
Pour dry ingredients out onto your work surface and make a well in the center. Pour the egg mixture in the well and mix gently. Add bacon and combine with your hands.
Form dough into a flat disk about 1 inch thick. Cut into 6 triangles and arrange onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.

Notes:
• This made 6 large scones. If you want to make 12 smaller scones, first divide finished dough into 2 equal portions, then form each one into a flat disc. Cut each disc into 6 equal portions and bake for 15 minutes.
