A long standing favorite of my husband. Easy and quick to make.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Break up the ground beef and place in a greased casserole dish.
Mix together the green beans and mushroom soup together and spread on top of beef.
Arrange potatoes on top of beans.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread onion rings on top. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes more or until brown and crispy.

Sorry it’s taken me so long to reply. For some reason I’m on here under 2 names. No, I don’t brown the meat first. Glad you liked it.

I used this your recipe the other night and my husband who “doesn’t like tater tot casserole” had three servings! I really loved the onion rings on top! We also added some frozen corn which was really good. When you make it do you brown the hamburger first? It doesn’t really specify. Thanks!
