Granola with Almonds, Walnuts, Cranberries and Goji Berries
Preheat oven to 300°F (150ºF).
Mix oats with nuts in a big bowl.
In a separate cup, mix oil with vanilla, salt and maple syrup. Add to the oats and mix with your hands until evenly spread.
Put baking paper on a baking sheet. Scatter granola on it. Toast granola for about 10 minutes in the oven. Remove from oven and mix in berries.
Let cool completely before transfering into a storage container.
Serve with fortified almond milk.
