I love a good stroganoff. In Sweden, we make stroganoff with sausages or beef—or vegan, like this one.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Heat oil in a pan and add sausages, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook until onion and sausages are a slightly brown, around 5 minutes.
Add cream, tomato purée, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let stroganoff boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Lastly, add soy sauce.
Serve with rice and parsley. Enjoy!
