A Thai noodle bowl that’s healthy, delicious, and takes only 10 minutes from start to finish. It’s super satisfying and much easier than going out.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Add peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, and lime juice to blender and process until smooth.
Combine pasta and peanut sauce in large bowl and mix well. Sprinkle with green onion, sprouts, cilantro, and red pepper.
Note: if you don’t like spice, leave off the red pepper.
