This quick and easy single serve cookie dough dip is a protein-packed way to get your dessert! It’s only 4 ingredients, gluten-free, under 250 calories and has 18 grams of protein!
In a small bowl, stir peanut butter and sweetener until well mixed. Add 1 teaspoon of the Greek yogurt and stir until a thick, cookie-dough like mixture forms. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of the chocolate chips.
Roll the cookie dough into small balls and mix into the container of Greek yogurt. Top with the remaining chips and devour!
Notes:
1. You could use any flavor of yogurt you like. I want to try it with salted caramel!
2. You can also just swirl in the peanut butter!
