Cashew Pear Date Energy Protein Balls.
Toss all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until mixture starts to go smooth and clump into a ball.
Roll into little balls with your hands. Place on a plate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before you eat them. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
Note: You can freeze these and eat them frozen for a cold snack in summer!
