Amazing chickpea veggie patty with crisp and juicy vegetables.
Preheat a 10-inch skillet over high heat and add sunflower seeds. Stir sunflower seeds constantly for about 5 minutes so they won’t get burned until they are roasted golden brown.
Use a big bowl and mix all the ingredients except water and oil. Add water and mix everything until smooth. Form patties, about 4 inches (10-12 cm) wide and 0.8 inches (2 cm) thick.
Preheat the 10-inch skillet on medium heat and put 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil into the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes on one side until lighty golden. Flip, then add another 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil.
