Description

The perfect snickerdoodle recipe! Easy to make and uses only “real food” ingredients. Healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE COOKIES:
  • ¼ cups Organic Cane Sugar
  • ½ cups Grass-fed Butter, Slightly Melted
  • 1  Egg
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1-½ cup Sprouted Flour
  • ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Cream Of Tartar
  • FOR THE CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE:
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Cane Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, cream cane sugar and butter. Beat in egg and vanilla.

In a small bowl, stir together flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar. Blend dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

In small bowl, prepare the cinnamon sugar by combining the ane sugar and cinnamon. Mix.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in cinnamon mixture. Put 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes at 370ºF.
