Spicy, sweet, and smoky, this brisket is packed with so much flavor without all the work of firing up a grill.
Prepare brisket a day before you would like to eat it. Place on a baking sheet lined with enough foil to cover the brisket. Mix garam masala, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Massage spice onto the brisket.
Mix Worcestershire and liquid smoke. Pour onto brisket. Turn to make sure liquid seasons the other side as well. Cover tightly with foil and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
The brisket takes about 6 hours to cook, so start baking based on when you would like to eat it. Allow 30 minutes for brisket to come to room temperature before you start baking. Heat oven to 230°F. Cook brisket about 5 hours. After 5 hours, take it out of the oven, pour BBQ sauce over it, and cook uncovered for an additional hour.
