Easy and healthy pizza! Meatless, dairy-free, sugar-free and still delicious!
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Place the corn tortillas on the baking sheet.
4. Place a layer of re-fried beans on each tortilla, then add a layer of taco sauce and then add the fresh veggies (peppers and onions).
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until tortilla is slightly golden.
6. Top with guacamole or avocado slices and chopped cilantro.
