A spicy tomato sauce that is ready to eat in under 20 minutes! Serve with pasta or spiralized vegetable noodles.
1. Put the beef or turkey in a non-stick skillet (or you can use a regular skillet but add the olive oil) over medium high heat. Brown the meat, breaking it into small chunks using a spoon/fork/spatula as it cooks.
2. When most of the meat is brown, add the onions and garlic. Continue cooking until no pink remains.
3. Add the tomato sauce and spices and stir.
4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for a few minutes or up to 15 or 20 minutes.
5. Serve with pasta (gluten-free or whatever works for your diet) or spiralized vegetable noodles.
