A very tasty sirloin burger stuffed with cheddar and smoked pepper bacon!
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl or dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. An hour before cooking, remove the meat from the refrigerator and shape into burgers.
Get your grill nice (medium high heat) then add the patties to the hot grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from grill and serve.
