Easy baked meatballs in a delicious creamy beef gravy!
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder and seasoning. Using either your hands or a scoop, form meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (I used a 1-ounce scoop and got about 2 dozen balls.) Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
While the meatballs are baking, make the gravy by melting the butter in a large skillet. Whisk in the flour for about a minute until very slightly browned. Slowly whisk in the broth, making sure there are no lumps, and continue cooking for a couple of minutes until it begins to thicken. Stir in the sour cream, parsley and seasoning.
When the meatballs are done, transfer them to the sauce, reduce the heat to low and cook for about 10 minutes.
