A healthy and fresh salad that’s perfect for this time of year!
1. Wash and prepare all of the salad ingredients as described above and add them into a medium bowl. Toss gently.
2. In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing. Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and pepper until combined.
3. Add the dressing to the salad ingredients and gently toss until well covered.
4. Serve chilled and store covered in the refrigerator.
