Description

Banana, peanut butter chips and toasted marshmallow make these cookies irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup White Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 whole Large Banana, Peeled And Mashed
  • 4 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Creme (7 1/2 Ounces Size) Or Half Of A 10 Ounce Bag Of Marshmallows

Preparation

In a large bowl using a mixer, beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until combined. Add mashed banana and mix it in. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add flour mixture into the butter/sugar mixture and mix until just combined. Stir in peanut butter chips.

Set your broiler to high. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet pour out Marshmallow Cream or marshmallows. Broil until it turns golden brown, about 3 minutes (make sure you watch it!) Remove from oven and gently mix it into your cookie dough. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 350 F. After dough has chilled, spoon out 1 inch round dough rounds and place on a lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Consume with a large glass of milk!
