Asian take on sweet potato desserts. So warm, sweet and easy!
Place all prepared ingredients into a pot (everything except the sago, which should be soaking in a bowl of water). Let it come to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
Add drained sago and boil for further 5 minutes. Check to see if potatoes are tender. If so, it’s ready. If not, cook for a few minutes longer until they are.
Serve!
