This is my grandmother’s meatloaf recipe. It is VERY basic but so yummy.
Combine beef, sour cream, diced onion, salt and pepper. Place in a loaf pan (or shape into loaf in a pyrex dish) and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and dry mustard together to make the topping. Spread evenly over the top of meatloaf for the last half hour of cooking.

I’m cooking this now and it smells so good! I halved the recipe (easy-thanks!) and added some bell pepper to the mix. If this tastes as good as it smells (which I’m sure it will), I will make this my official meatloaf recipe. Thanks so much for posting it!
