Tangy, barbecue ground beef in a biscuit cup!
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Brown ground beef, drain, return to pan.
3. Separate and flatten 10 biscuits into 5in circles. Place into greased muffin cups.
4. Add ketchup, sugar, vinegar and chili powder to ground beef. Stir to combine.
5. Spoon beef mixture into biscuits and top each with cheddar.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until biscuits turn golden brown.

Very tasty! Great lunch idea and portable…for office or picnic all I added was a side salad. I choose to use Grands Flaky biscuits….perfect.
