Holy cow, these are amazing! They are my go-to breakfast for my boyfriend on weekends. As he’s a choco-fiend, I use chocolate chips instead of raisins, but keep the spices. Also, using 1 cup milk rather than 1.25 cups results in fluffier pancakes. Love this recipe, particularly when I don’t have time for my usual sourdough whole wheat pancakes.

i liked them, but i may have over mixed mine were a bit dry i think i’ll try it with ali’s sauteed apples.

These weren’t all I had hoped they’d be. They were a little bland for my taste. I think they’d be improved with a little experimentation with the amount of spices in the recipe and maybe a little more sugar.

Loved making these. The aroma that filled the kitchen was heavenly and the flavor was great!

Wow! I LOVE OATMEAL… and these look so “healthy”!!! Definitely a way to cut down cholesterol/triglycerides!! ☺
