This is my grandma’s recipe. She was such a great cook. These cookies are thicker. They are crisp yet chewy.
Cream first 4 ingredients together well, then add the eggs and mix. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
Take pieces of the dough and roll in your hand to form into the size of a walnut. Roll in granulated sugar.
Place on a cookie sheet and press down with a fork making a crisscross pattern (because it’s pretty). Bake in a 350F oven for about 12 minutes, or until done.

These are THE BEST peanut butter cookies I’ve ever tasted. My husband, son and I finished them off in 2 days. Absolutely wonderful!
