I love this recipe in the summer when it’s too hot to cook. This is one recipe that I found that does not contain yogurt, which I don’t care for.
1. Mix the sugar, tapioca and 1 1/2 cups water in a medium saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat until thickened and clear.
Remove from heat and add juice concentrate, 1 cup water, peaches, strawberries, oranges and any other fruit.
3. Chill in fridge and add the bananas just before serving.
