We’re all about the peanut butter in this house, so these were an instant hit. Soft chewy chocolate cookie, loaded with peanut butter chips.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Take softened butter, brown sugar and eggs and beat.
If the cocoa is lumpy, add cocoa and white sugar together in a separate bowl and mix until the clumps are broken down, then add to the butter mix. Otherwise, you can add them all together at once.
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, pudding mix and salt. Add slowly to the cocoa and butter mixture. Then add chips. If the dough seems too wet, refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
Form into small balls (heaping tablespoon size), and place on parchment paper. Cook for 12 minutes at 350ºF. Let them sit for a minute before taking them off.

The photo of these cookies is so yummy looking! I would love to bake these, however, I must ask. Does the recipe call for 2 1/2 cups of cocoa?
