Easy, yummy crock pot roast made with Guinness Stout.
Set roast in crock pot. Sprinkle very liberally with salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons dried minced onion. Turn roast over and repeat. Pour the can of Guinness Stout in the crock pot, but not on top of the roast (it’ll wash away your seasonings).
Put the lid on the crock, turn it on low and cook for 8 hours with no peeking. Do not cook this on high for a shorter amount of time. It will not be as flavorful and it will not be as tender.
