A tangy version of regular meatloaf.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until everything is combined. Form meat into a loaf and place in a loaf pan or baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes.
While baking, prepare the topping. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar and pineapple. Spread over meat and bake for another 10-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
