This is the first time I ever had corned beef and it was so tender, full of flavor and easy to make. Just toss it in the crockpot, turn it on low and let the crockpot do the rest. A perfect St. Patrick’s Day meal!
In a crockpot, add corned beef, onions and cabbage. Add enough water to cover the top.
Cook in a slow cooker for on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.

This is my favorite way to do corned beef. It always comes out just perfect in the crock pot. I will also add Carrots and potatoes in the pot too! Its a terrific “Set it and forget it” one pot wonder!
