Such a simple marinade that creates beef that melts in your mouth!
Mix together the marinade ingredients (bouillon, vinegar and oil). Pour marinade over the roast in a plastic Ziploc bag or a sealable container. Marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Bake in the oven at 350° F for 1 1/2 hours. It should be perfectly done. Still nice and pink in the center!
