Delicious recipe that is so easy to make. The relish gives it a bit of a bite that makes it perfect for a chilly winter dinner. It also freezes well.
Add all ingredients to a pot, stir, and then cook on low heat for 2-3 hours. Serves around 12, or a large family of hungry teenagers. There might be some left over, but it freezes well, or is just as good heated up for lunch the next day.

These were very good – my family really liked the tang!
