Love these fancy coffees but being a diabetic most of them would send me into a sugar shock. This is a great treat for me and for my daughter who isn’t a diabetic.
Make coffee, stir in Splenda and allow to cool if hot.
Make pudding per package directions using the 4 cups of milk. Stir into the coffee.
You can now either add enough milk to the mix to equal 8 cups and store in the refrigerator, or leave it in this concentrated state, refrigerate and add equal parts mix and milk for individual servings. If you chose to store it in concentrated form, be sure to shake the mixture well before pouring and mixing with milk to serve.
Notes:
You can use cold brew coffee.
You can use 1.4 oz instant Jello pudding but the cooked kind stays blended better.
Use chocolate/fudge pudding with chocolate coffees or plain coffee.
Vanilla or cheesecake pudding works well with crème brulee coffee.
Caramel pudding works well with chocolate/pecan coffee.
