Pass the peas please. Hot or cold, this dish is delicious. High protien and low calorie.
Prepare quinoa as instructed i the package. If peas are frozen, heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Let quinoa cool. In a bowl, mix salmon and peas with olive oil and onion powder. Break up salmon so that it is flaky throughout the salad. Add quinoa and mix well. If eaten warm, add pistachios last and stir in.
