Description

Don’t be ashamed to eat 5 of these in one setting. Fun and easy to make these are one of my tasty favorites.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Hamburger, Not Cooked
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cups Ketchup
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • 1  Small Onion, Minced
  • 1 package Hamburger Buns (8-10 Count)

Preparation

Set oven on “Broiler”. Mix together uncooked hamburger, mustard, worcestershire, ketchup, salt, tabasco, and onion. On each open face bun spread mixture on very thin. Place buns face up on baking sheet. Broil until meat browns.
