Description

Best chicken salad recipe ever! It has whipping cream in it, so it’s not for every day, calorie wise…

Ingredients

  • 2-½ cups Diced Cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Parsley
  • ½ cups Shredded Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sliced Grapes (seedless)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cups Whipping Cream (whipped In Mixer Or By Hand Till Fluffy)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and serve after it has been well chilled. Serve on lettuce cups or with crackers. Garnish with stuffed or ripe olives.

You can make this ahead of time, but don’t add the mayo or whipped cream till right before you want to serve it.
