This salad is hearty enough to stand alone as a meal, and the cabbage can withstand the dressing without getting soggy for a few days.
Chop the cabbage and transfer to a large salad bowl. Layer in the uncooked ramen noodles, peas, green onions, sesame seeds, almonds and chicken. Whisk together the vegetable oil, sesame oil, red wine vinegar, ramen seasoning and sugar. Pour dressing over the salad and stir to incorporate all of the ingredients.
