Much less boring than regular hamburgers! You can make them super spicy, or just add a touch of zing. It’s all up to you.
Mix together all ingredients. (Depending on the peppers, gloves might be a good idea.) Adjust the ‘heat’ of the burgers by putting more or less Tabasco sauce and varying peppers.
Form into 5 burgers (or 4 if you like larger burgers) and grill as normal. If you like cheese, you can also melt a slice of pepper jack cheese on top. A toasted bun also adds to the deliciousness.
I live in Wisconsin, and even in the frozen tundra it is simply wrong to cook burgers on anything other than a grill outdoors. Even in the middle of winter you can see a few brave soles grilling out in the snow bank behind their house. If you cook these indoors, please – in the name of all things holy – never tell me. It’s just… not right.
