Easy and quick supper option on nights you don’t feel like making a complex meal.
In skillet, brown meat and onion; drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, oregano, hot sauce, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Cook rice and peas separately, each according to package directions.
On individual serving plates, layer rice, peas, meat mixture and cheese. Top with green olives, if desired.
