Absolutely no one will be able to tell that this deep-dish cookie pie is healthy!
Blend everything (except the chips) very well in a food processor. Mix in chips, and pour into an oiled pan (I used a 10-inch springform pan, but you can use a smaller pan if you want a really deep pie.)
Cook at 350ºF for around 35 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan.

I made this recipe yesterday. Subbed agave for the brown sugar. It is truly WONDERFUL! My husband, who is usually a skeptic about weird ingredients, loved this cookie pie. Thank you

This recipe just blew my mind. I want to try it so badly! It looks incredible.
