Super quick and easy ground beef in brown gravy. Serve over mashed potatoes with green beans on the side, and you’ve got yourself a meal.
Brown ground beef with chopped onion over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. When meat is browned and onions are softened, drain the grease (if necessary). Add dry gravy mixes and water, stir well. Bring to a low boil then simmer over low until gravy thickens (if you prefer more gravy, add more water and a little cornstarch).
Serve over mashed potatoes. Sometimes I make the potatoes from scratch, but usually I make the flake variety.
This is one of those meals that can be made in minutes.

my grandmother use to make this. so did my mom. My grandmother added a can of vegetable soup and frozen corn or mix vegetables to it so good
