Description

There is no way you won’t love this salad.

Ingredients

  • For Dressing
  • 1 cup Oil
  • ¾ cups White Vinegar
  • ¼ cups Sugar (up To 1/2 Cup)
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Grated Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
  • ¾ Tablespoons Dried Mustard
  • _____
  • 2 heads Iceberg Lettuce
  • 2 bags Spinach, Fresh
  • ¾ pounds Swiss Cheese, Grated
  • ¾ pounds Cooked And Crumbled Bacon
  • Craisins

Preparation

Mix dressing ingredients together.

Toss with salad ingredients.

I made this for our Thanksgiving meal as I wanted something different from the spinach/cranberry/feta salad I make every year. THIS is our new favorite and will now be the starring salad at future holiday meals, SO good!
