This is my mother’s recipe; we have this every 4th of July. It is really easy and so good! My boys love these.
In a large pot, warm cooking oil on medium high heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until no pink remains. When done, add the chicken gumbo soup, ketchup, mustard, and chili powder. Turn the heat down to medium-low to low and let simmer for up to 2 hours. Serves 10 to 12.
