Easy but full of flavor white chicken chili.
In a large pot, put half the chicken broth, chopped onion and chopped garlic. Simmer for about 10 minutes to soften the onion and garlic and to release the flavor into the broth.
After 10 minutes, add the remaining ingredients. Simmer on low for at least 30 minutes.
Test seasoning and add more salt if needed.

Made this last night, super yummy and super easy! My husband said to make sure we keep it around for cold winter nights!
