Easy easy pulled BBQ beef for sandwiches made in a slow cooker.
Chop veggies very fine or combine in a blender with the remaining ingredients except the meat. Blend together well. (If not using a blender, mix together the seasonings/sauce items in a bowl.)
Stack roasts one on top of another in a large crockpot and pour sauce over top. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours, breaking meat apart into shreds with a fork before eating.
