These delicate pancakes are full of flavor! Perfect for cold fall mornings.
Combine flour, cinnamon, allspice, baking soda and powder, and salt.
Mix together egg, milk, and butter.
Gradually add dry mixture to wet. Do not over mix; you want clumps!
Fold in apples. Let batter sit for 3-5 minutes.
Heat skillet and spoon about ½ cup of batter for each pancake.
Serve.
