All summer long, I’ve been dreaming about this Grilled Portabella and Brie Burger posted by TK member Aggie’s Kitchen. It’s so easy and simple, but I can already imagine the flavor explosion you get when you first bite into it. The balsamic and olive oil-marinated mushroom caps, the layers of grilled vegetables (I like mine with extra char), and then—the pièce de résistance—brie spread on the warm top bun. With fresh basil leaves tucked in there as well.
Oh my goodness, how delicious does that sound? I know summer is all packed up and ready to leave us, but I say we detain it a little longer with this sandwich.
There’s a lot more scrumptiousness waiting for you in Aggie’s blog, also called Aggie’s Kitchen. (She’s got some chipotle salmon tacos there that are calling my name.)
Thanks for sharing the deliciousness, Aggie!

My favorite Pioneer Woman recipe (not sure if it’s Tasty Kitchen), which I am making tonight, is PW’s Favorite Enchiladas. I recently cooked them for my friend’s family when her mom died, and I got tons of accolades.

“That’s the best frosting I’ve ever tasted!”… it is my “go to” frosting recipe. Not only is it easy to make, I always have the ingredients on hand to make it. Not too sweet and super good! Even my Korean, “I-don’t-like-sweet-things” mother loved it on, of course, “the best chocolate sheet cake. Ever”.

This is the first time I’ve logged on. I have a friend that talks about the site all the time so had to check it out!! Imagine how great it would be to win a set of knives…. Recently bought a good set of cookware and knives are next on the list.
One of my favorite recipes is a personal chili recipe that has just sort of evolved over time. I’ve made it several times for different folks and it’s always a hit.

This looks amazing. I love grilling this time of year. It is somehow more bearable to stand in front of a blazing grill when it isn’t already a 95 degree day!
