Description

Creamy and nutritious Jalapeño Cashew Cheese—the perfect substitute for cheese in vegan recipes. You’ll love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews, Soaked Overnight, Drained
  • ½ cups Full Fat Coconut Milk (shake Can First)
  • 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • ½ teaspoons Turmeric (optional, For Yellow Color)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Tahini
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Sea Salt

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process on high until smooth.

Makes 1 cup (16 tablespoons).
