All the goodness of stuffed peppers in a hearty soup.
In a skillet, brown ground beef until cooked and then transfer to crock pot. Do not drain fat from pan.
Saute chopped onion and garlic until soft. Drain and transfer to crock pot.
Add peppers, tomato soup, beef bouillon, cooked white rice, brown sugar, salt and pepper, water and ketchup. Stir to combine ingredients.
Cook on medium for 1 hour or until peppers are soft. Goes great with a crusty bread.
