Spicy Shrimp Gazpacho

Description
This is an awesome summer soup and one that will be devoured at any pot luck you bring it to. Plus, I think it has like negative calories (not really) but it’s healthy and gets better as the ingredients marinate.
Ingredients
- 1 quart V 8 Juice
- 1 quart Spicy Clamato Or Spicy V-8
- 2 whole Cucumbers, Peeled And Chopped Fine
- 1 pound Cooked Bay Shrimp
- 2 whole Avocados
- 2 whole Lemons
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 dash Tabasco Sauce (more If You Like It Hot)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a big jar or pitcher with a lid. Chill. It can be kept up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
