This was so easy to make and was absolutely delicious! I added one jalapeño pepper with the noodles, red pepper and bean sprouts which gave it a nice warmth. So good on a cold winter’s night!

Delicious! I added a pepper to the slow cooker (accidentally) and loved the extra spice. My local grocery store was out of bean sprouts, but it was fine without. Will make this again!

Can you say…”MORE PLEASE” This recipe is so simple and so incredibly delicious. When the 3 hours were up and it was time to add the peppers, I thought the broth needed a little bit of “heat” so I chopped one of the jalapenos lengthwise and dropped it in. Next time I make this, I will do the same thing, but put the jalapeno in at the beginning. Also, I want to experiment with putting some lemongrass in it too.

This is a total keeper recipe. Delicious and fairly healthy, almost pho-like in the eating experience. Thanks for sharing!
