This chowder is perfect for a chilly night when you’re looking for something easy to throw together that’s full of good old-fashioned creamy comfort!
1.) In a large pot, combine all soup ingredients EXCEPT milk and the flour/water mixture.
2.) Cook over medium-high heat until potatoes are fork-tender.
3.) Add milk and flour/water mixture, stirring well.
4.) Bring to a boil. stirring frequently. Gently boil for approximately 10 minutes, until thickened.
5.) Serve in bowls, garnished with green onions and cheese.
6.) Enjoy!
