Description

With all the vegetables, ground beef, and nutmeg, this soup has great flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 1  Onion, Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • ½ cups Celery, Diced
  • 4  Carrots, Cut Into Rounds
  • 4  Red Potatoes, Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
  • 1 cup Green Beans, Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 19 ounces, fluid Diced Tomatoes
  • 6 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 teaspoons Unrefined Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg

Preparation

Brown ground beef in a large stockpot.

Add onions and garlic and cook until soft.

Add all other ingredients and simmer until vegetables are just tender.
