Steam green beans in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water, just for four or five minutes, until crisp tender. Drain well, and pat the beans dry with paper towels. Place them in a bowl with the sliced radicchio.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing – lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, and dress the green beans and radicchio.
Before serving, top the salad with the walnuts and Feta cheese.
